Coffee Intake: How much? When is too much?

Coffee, which mainly consist of Caffeine, is a single largest source of antioxidants for many people.

While drinking coffee is associated with many healthy benefits such as reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, Liver diseases, Alzheimer, Parkinson, high caffeine intake can also cause adverse side effects. Short term effects can be anxiety, restlessness, dizziness and insomnia.

Of course, different people have different sensitivity to caffeine. But multiple studies have found that a daily intake of three to four cups is a safe amount.
